We are seeking a Manager, Executive Office to support the executive office of their Co-Founder and Co-Chairwoman, working at the intersection of creative production and senior leadership. This role is central to how the executive office operates—balancing complex scheduling, coordinating production-related work, and managing information flow—so our executive can focus on creative leadership and strategic decision-making.
This is a high-trust role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys managing complexity, and understands how to support a senior leader whose time spans productions, internal leadership, board engagements, and external partners. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position is on-site five days a week at Tribeca’s NYC offices and requires flexibility for occasional after-hours and weekend support.

- Manage the executive’s master calendar and daily priorities
- Balance production schedules with senior leadership, staff, and board commitments
- Coordinate meetings, prep materials, and follow-ups
- Track action items, deadlines, and next steps across productions and executive initiatives
- Serve as a central point of coordination between the executive office, production teams, and senior staff
- Maintain organized records and process expenses and invoices
- Provide leadership and direction to additional support staff, and intern fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or producer in Film, TV, Media, or Live Events in a Executive or Personal Assistant capacity
- Working knowledge of production workflows and terminology
- Strong proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook), Microsoft Office, and production or project management tools
- Excellent judgment and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proven discretion and experience handling confidential information
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including clear follow-ups and prioritization
- Prior experience managing a team member, intern, as needed
- Local travel within NYC during business day as needed
- Proficient with technical meeting set ups
- Base salary range: $90,000 – 98,000
