Print Traffic Coordinator (March 16 Start)

The Print Traffic Coordinator, under the supervision of the Print Traffic Manager, will handle film media for the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival. The Coordinator will work with filmmakers and external print traffic teams to secure on-time receipt of film assets and arrange for safe delivery of media between the tech office and screening venues.

You are a team-problem solver – someone that can troubleshoot and motivate team to get onboard. You are organized and detailed to a fault with a wicked sense of humor and ability to get things done with zero drama.

You should be innately curious, eager to work in a fast-paced environment and be someone who can quickly jump in, figure out process and ensure that workflow runs smoothly and efficiently. You are someone who never utters the phrase “that’s not in my job description.”


  • Keep print tracking database up to date
  • Liaise with Technical Liaisons at each screening venue
  • Work with Quality Control Manager to ensure film data is accurate
  • Work with DCP Mastering Tech to compile Shorts programs
  • Continual reporting of print status
  • Maintain safeguards to protect assets as they move around the Festival
  • Supervise assistants to ensure timely delivery of prints.
  • Work with parcel courier companies to import and export films
  • Package and ship back films
  • Assist Technical Director as needed
  • Submit performance evaluations and wrap report. Participate in debriefing meetings.


  • Familiarity with film media and technical standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and under deadline pressure
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team with diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-orientated, organized and motivated
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, smart phones and Google Drive
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
  • Prior experience with logistics, international shipping and film festivals a plus
