ABOUT THE ROLE
Tribeca’s HR team is seeking an eager-to-learn intern to help us manage the full lifecycle of our seasonal employees. The intern will assist in onboarding our seasonal workers, serve as a point of contact for them throughout their time with us, and eventually help the HR team off-board those employees at the end of the 2025 Tribeca Festival.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seasonal Staff Onboarding + Offboarding
- Issue and audit new hire pre-employment paperwork to ensure it is correctly filled out, properly maintained, and organized
- Add employees to relevant systems (i.e., BambooHR, Box, Slack, Expensify)
- Follow up with employees to ensure they completely fill out their personnel data (including EEO information)
- Ensure paperwork related to employee separations are complete
- At the end of employment, remove employees from applicable systems
- Training
- Track and organize seasonal employee Sexual Harassment Prevention Training certificates to ensure compliance
- Manage the expense process to ensure that all employees have proper access to Expensify, are submitting expenses in a timely fashion
- Assist employees with issues and questions for our time tracking system, Deputy
- Special Projects
- TBD! We’re an excited team eager to empower our intern, so if you want to participate in other long-term projects (i.e., employer branding, benefits, recruitment, internal communications) we’ll craft a way to include you!
- Previous HR internship experience or coursework toward a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Professional demeanor and employee-service driven goals while having sensitivity to the confidential and critical nature of HR information and activities.
- Have a strong attention to detail and come to work with a high level of professionalism and emotional maturity.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) are a must.
- Understanding of HRIS systems; experience with BambooHR is a huge plus.
