ABOUT THE ROLE
The Box Office Ticket Agents will be a kick-ass blend of customer service and operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive experience at the Tribeca Film Festival This is created by assisting attendees in purchasing Festival tickets, picking up Festival tickets and supplying accurate event information
You should be innately curious and eager to work in a fast-paced environment that is customer-facing. You should be able to work cohesively with all guests and employees of the Festival while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. You are someone who never utters the phrase “that’s not in my job description.”
