ABOUT THE ROLE
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a creative, strategic, and articulate individual responsible for developing custom partnership solutions for Tribeca’s advertisers. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager will be integral in developing go-to-market opportunities and strategic partnerships that achieve partner objectives — while elevating the Tribeca brand and its initiatives.

As the liaison between Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing, this individual is a crucial internal resource. They will collaborate closely with the sales team to conceive and develop compelling marketing materials that showcase Tribeca's brand strength and multi-faceted capabilities. They will advise the partnerships team in their execution to ensure advertiser goals and deliverables are met. They will leverage the marketing team to ensure the Tribeca brand is well-represented.

Our ideal candidate is a B2B marketer with a B2C sensibility. They have a strong understanding of the advertising industry, scaled brand partnerships, and the RFP process. They also understand that the best partnerships are built on shared values, mutually beneficial goals, and always rooted in authenticity. They have strategized and sold omnichannel campaigns with experiential, social, and content elements. They are experts at navigating the traditional ‘pre-sale process’ and are energized by the opportunity to formalize Tribeca’s integrated marketing approach. They are a self-starter, a critical thinker, and an expert collaborator.   

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proposal Development: Partner with Sales Lead to conceptualize and develop custom partnership opportunities in response to advertiser RFPs (requests for proposal)
  • Creative Strategy & Ideation: Lead internal brainstorms and conduct industry research, culling together ideas to build integrated marketing solutions that maximize brand impact for both Tribeca and brand partners.
  • Narrative Building: Natural storyteller with the ability to craft and write clear, concise and sellable narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with Tribeca.
  • Presentation Design: Translate creative strategies into visually compelling presentation decks with a clear throughline.  
  • Go-to-Market Development: Proactively build out first-to-market opportunities representative of Tribeca’s wide range of capabilities and in alignment with the latest industry and advertising trends.
  • Industry Research: Monitor trends in the advertising industry and conduct competitor research, sharing findings with the Sales & Partnerships teams.
  • Sales Enablement Tools: Equip Sales & Partnerships teams with strategic marketing materials, thought leadership and insights, and sales collateral to support prospecting efforts and engage current clients.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Develop strong cross-functional relationships and provide support across disciplines as a solution-oriented team member.
  • Relationship Management: As needed, play a role in client-facing presentations, communications, and entertaining.  
  • Brand Marketing: As needed, support Tribeca brand initiatives, e.g. concepting social series, building shot lists, copywriting, producing content, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in creative writing, marketing communications, advertising, or related field
  • 5+ years in creative services, advertising, or marketing at a creative agency or media company
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful partnerships and strategic co-branding  opportunities
  • Excellent writing skills with a knack for storytelling
  • Expertise in brand strategy and creative ideation
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Master at designing compelling presentations (Keynote, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Effective communicator adept at leveraging collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
  • An affinity for film, entertainment, and live events

SALARY: $100,000 - $120,000
LOCATION: role is hybrid out of NYC office, in office 3x days a week
