The Tribeca Film Center is 
home to entertainment and media companies including the Tribeca Festival. The Tribeca Screening Room is a private 72 seat theater in the film center. We are looking for an administrative assistant to the Executive Services Department, the concierge and administrative support for the building.

ABOUT YOU
  • We are looking for bright, dedicated, highly motivated individuals with a customer service and administrative background 
  • We are looking for someone with a "Can Do" attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other software programs 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • To provide concierge and administrative services for tenants
  • General office duties while experiencing firsthand the operations of the Tribeca Film Center
  • Duties include reception and telephone coverage at the Executive Services desk, greeting tenants and guests, mail and package distribution, making copies, running errands, and ordering and  replenishing coffee and office supplies.
  • Train interns to assist with everyday office duties
  • Manage screening room schedule
  • Assist clients with booked screenings as needed

SALARY RANGE: $45k-$55k
