The Tribeca Festival seeks a dedicated and experienced Jury Manager to oversee the juries across multiple categories, including film, immersive experiences, games, and podcasts. You’ll manage logistics and hospitality for 50 VIP participants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding Festival experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Jury Outreach
- Craft and send personalized invitations to potential jurors.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and research the best direct contacts.
- Curate and secure appropriate headshots and bios.
- Distribute and integrate screening schedules into the database.
- Manage jury badges, RSVPs, and other logistical requirements.
- Assemble comprehensive Jury Welcome Packets.
- Work with the travel department to coordinate flights and accommodations.
- Distribute flight forms and ensure all travel needs are met.
- Coordinate jury member transportation to screenings and events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for jurors, talent, agents, and managers.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues (e.g., missed screenings, access requests).
- Organize key jury events, including the Jury Welcome Lunch and deliberations.
- Support special screenings, red carpet events, and gala gatherings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Festival experience (as an attendee or employee)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with high-profile talent with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to stay composed and problem-solve in high-pressure environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms
- Comfortable working long hours on your feet during the festival
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites for seamless operations
