POSITION OVERVIEW

Tribeca Festival is seeking an experienced Press Credentialing & Ticketing Manager to oversee press and publicist credentialing and ticketing for the 2026 Tribeca Festival, including 1,000+ members of the press and 300+ publicists. This seasonal role requires live events and/or festival operations expertise, exceptional organizational skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach under high-pressure, high-volume conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Credentialing Management
Oversee the complete press and publicist credentialing process from application through festival completion, including reviewing, approving, and issuing credentials for domestic and international press, photographers, and publicists. Verify and authenticate media outlets, freelancers, and industry professionals while managing the credentialing database with meticulous accuracy. Create and enforce credentialing policies and coordinate with security on access levels.

Press Ticketing Operations
Manage press ticketing inventory and allocation across all festival venues, processing ticket requests for screenings, panels, and special events. Coordinate with internal teams and venues on press allocation, troubleshoot ticketing issues in real-time during festival operations, and generate reports on press attendance and credential/ticket utilization.

Communication & Coordination
Serve as primary contact for press and publicist credential inquiries, communicating credentialing policies, deadlines, and procedures. Coordinate with PR, programming, and operations teams on press access needs and manage onsite credential pickup during the festival. Utilize credentialing and ticketing platforms to create and maintain tracking systems and reports. Coordinate onsite ticketing and press space needs at Spring Studios pre-festival and during festival.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8 years of experience in festival credentialing, ticketing, or accreditation operations
  • Proven experience with major film festivals, awards shows, or large-scale live events
  • Proficiency with credentialing/ticketing platforms and database management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume workflows under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making abilities and professional customer service approach
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be available to work onsite in New York City during festival and key prep periods

Friday, March 6 – Friday, June 19 (15 weeks)

SALARY
$1000/week x 15 weeks
