Seasonal: Partnership Account Coordinator: Tribeca Film Festival

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Tribeca and Partner business objectives are met by aligning internal and external teams to ensure great work is happening within budget and on time
  • Cultivate Partner relationships with a high deal of professionalism by exceeding expectations on day-to-day needs
  • Understand Partner business, their competitors, their category and implications that might impact our ability to achieve the best work possible
  • Liaise between Operations, Creative and Programming departments to ensure each partner execution is flawless
  • Lead and drive projects forward while working closely with the Development and Event Production/Partner Services team to meet Partner and Tribeca needs
  • Ensure every meeting is prepped and create actionable meeting notes and plans for next steps
  • Track key milestones while managing contract reviews, clearances, talent approval and internal traffic
  • Work closely with the Creative team to ensure all assets are tracked, filed and updated
  • Inform and communicate to appropriate teams and individuals to ensure ample reaction time prior to issues escalating
  • Be the on-site Partner festival liaison for last minute requests working seamlessly with the Partnership Services team to execute 
  • Contribute to general Festival recap and execute Partner-specific recaps across channels
  • Assist with the creation of new Partner properties and growth opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability from January - May 4 
  • 3+ years client-facing experience with an agency or client; agency experience (or equivalent) a huge plus due to diversity of client interaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing quick turn-around times and multiple projects at once while handling day-to-day with key clients
  • Proactive self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and think of creative ways to get the job done 
  • Attention to detail with everything from proofreading emails and presentations to staying on top of meetings notes and project traffic to double-checking and approving anything going out the door
  • Clear understanding of processes required to deliver projects and the ability to plan for and successfully manage them
  • Passionate about building brands and helping brands engage consumers in unique ways
  • Strategic sensibility to evaluate work and have a point-of-view when needed
  • Event and media experience is a huge plus
  • In order to achieve all of the responsibilities, a clear communicator in all forms is essential
