Seasonal: Jury Coordinator

  • Curate and handle all logistics of the jurors’ experience, including complex scheduling and logistics
  •  Collect bios and headshots for the press release, arrange all local transportation for all festival-related activities and manage communication and confirmation of any flights
  • Draft the master day-to-day schedule for each juror and will oversee changes
  • Build a trusting a professional relationship with the jurors, their managers, publicists and/or agents and will hire a team of Festival liaisons to work ‘on the ground’ with each juror during the Festival. 
  • Manage a jury department assistant starting in March in addition to 8-10 Festival liaisons  In addition to the 8-10 liaisons during the Festival


  • Excellent computer skills: outlook, google docs, word, excel
  • Works well independently, but is also a team-player
  • Proactive
  • Attentive to detail
  • Organized
  • Experience in live events and understanding of key entertainment and media industry players
  • Proven problem solver
  • Ability to ‘go with the flow’ and embrace and adapt to change
  • Can navigate a room and make sure all guests are well taken care of
  • Effective, clear and concise written and verbal communications
  • Ability to identify and anticipate need of jurors and VIPs
  • Good attitude
  • Sense of humor a plus
